Registration Paperwork
The Application Packet document begins with a checklist to ensure that all necessary forms are completed. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Pre-K must be 4 by September 10th, Kindergartners must be 5 by September 10th.
Once we have received these forms, we will schedule a meeting with your family for an education consult. The completed forms can also be brought to the meeting. We can fill them out together as well.

Home School Connect Program
We offer a program for home School families if they would like to enroll their child for a single subject. Above information is required for enrollment in this special program, but the financial agreement below will be used in place of the one that is part of the application packet listed above. Spots are limited and dependent upon full time enrollment. Please contact us for any questions!
